Coldwater Acquires Centers Tech Services of Carlisle, Ohio - July 29th, 2011
Coldwater Seals, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets and personnel of Centers Tech Services
of Carlisle, Ohio effective July 29th, 2011.
Gordon (Gordy) Centers will lead the headbox services portion of the Coldwater Tech Services group,
expanding the service capabilities on the wet end that already include formation and drainage and edge control.
Coldwater Group President, David Withers, says "I've worked with Gordy before and known him for over 20 years.
He fits very well with our service philosophy and brings experience and expertise in headboxes to our CTS team."

Coldwater Acquires Breba Tekniska, Aktiebolag of Kil, Sweden - May 16th, 2011
Coldwater Jocell, AB of Kil, Sweden is pleased to announce the acquisition of Breba Tekniska, Aktiebolag of
Kil, Sweden effective May 16th, 2011. Terms of the acquisition are confidential.
Breba is a well-known supplier of UHMW drainage elements, doctor blades, nozzles, vacuum control valves and
edge control devices for the paper industry, with distribution primarily in Sweden and Scandianvia.
Coldwater Group, Inc. President David Withers said "We are pleased to welcome Breba, and Odd Bakke to our company.
We are hiring all existing employees and will merge the operations into our Kil facility near Karlstad under
the name Coldwater Jocell."

New Eco Friendly Green Factory in Kunshan China - March 2011
Kunshan APT Coldwater Technology Manufacturing and Coldwater Group, Inc. of Atlanta will begin construction of a new Eco Friendly Green
Factory in Kunshan China with a floor space of 4,000 sq. meters. The Green factory will be home to Kunshan APT Coldwater where Coldwater's
suction roll seal strips are processed for most paper mills in the Chinese market.
In addition to the KAPTCO factory, the facility will
have 8 mini green factory spaces to lease out to companies who have a focus on providing sustainable solutions. The eco factory will use
the latest environmentally friendly technologies such as solar heat for hot water, geothermal for heating and cooling of the building,
sustainable building materials, green roofing, sky lights and light tunnels for natural lighting, rain water collection and re use,
building orientation optimization, and re use of recycled materials.
